Good Hauser Flick But The Love Interest...

Spoliers:

- so Wings starts to date her after the murder of his brother
- she admits to being in love with the dead brother but she was only a sidechick
- Wings continues to date her and the movie even establishes a caring and affectionate relationship is blossoming between the two, showing tender moments of intimacy as well as sex
- he continues his revengeful journey (without seeing her again) but in the last 15 minutes this chick is shown in the hot tub of the big bad villain and he says something like "& about that favor you owe me" and they smooch
- her hair is different, her makeup is different, her fake nails are different, and her demeanor is now of a villain
- no setup or foreshadowing of this & the movie was over before I started thinking, "was that the same chick as Wings was dating...they looked alike"
- even when she reveals herself in the big bad villain's mansion hideout to Wings, he doesn't even bat an eye and they have zero dialogue that indicates they'd ever even met before, let alone are dating each other!!
- instead she tells Wings her brother was a loser (an NFL quarterback whose team was headed to the Super Bowl when he was summarily executed) & to not blame "us," meaning her and the big bad villain, who we (the audience) had no clue they were in kahootz with one another... not to mention it served no one any purpose - she didn't give the big bad villain any info on Wings like his location or his plan for revenge, she didn't even know Wings was killing his brother's murderers!
- the only thing i can think of (that the movie didn't show us at all) is that she had been working for the big bad villain and Wings' brother was her mark, to bamboozle him into the drug cartel's smuggling operation... so why the fuck is she suddenly hanging out and then dating Wings after the brother's death, for all she knew Wings was just some schlub who came home to Dallas to bury his little bro, and again, there was no indication (ie a short scene of her rifling thru his personal belongings, or a distasteful facial expression following a tender touch or hug) that she had ulterior motives other than jumping the bones of 2 out of 3 brothers
