Not that good of a movie.
Bad performances. Horrible, lame, script. Not sure why people like this. It's no "Army of Darkness".
shareI'm not sure how old you were when this came out. I know as a kid I loved this movie. It was fun for a 10 year old. Watching it as an adult it doesn't hold up as much, but I still have a fondness for it. It's a B movie about B movie monsters.
shareI see. I was in my early 20's and saw it on a date at a drive-in. I suppose I was a bit too "old" for it. But, I did enjoy "The Lost Boys" a few years later. Maybe because there were characters about my age to identify with in it. The kids in the Monster Squad are more like the Goonies.
