Okay, a quick disclaimer. I'm not one of those people that cries for the dumbest things. But my eyes got watery When Frankenstein gets sucked in the vortex. I find this particularly sad because throughout the film you see the friendship that's developed between him and the children. It's just the way he yelled "Phoebe" that really got me.

I just came here only to post about this. Glad I saw it alone because I've never felt so ashamed of myself, I got really teary in this scene, like I did in ''Pay it Forward'' but hey I was only 11 back then. Sorry 😭

No I watched it outside earlier at my theater an got teared up an sad at that part

Just went into vortex.. Not going to lie... They watery. Love this movie .

I didn't get teary eyed, but it was pretty sad. I did like the friendship between Frankie and Phoebe. Phoebe was adorably cute.

It makes me sad too. I wish he got to stay with the kids, which would've made it a true Monster Squad with them bonding with an actual monster club member. 😃
