Monster Squad reminded me of the film "The Goonies" Cause there bunch of teenkids on adventures from bad guys. Mikey is the leader of the goonies, and as well for Shawn he is also the leader of the club Monster Squad. It might be related with The Goonies because its about kids on big missions.

I've always thought similarly, but I liked Monster Squad more, perhaps due to the incredible practical effects, costumes and makeup.

The mom is also from Goonies. She played Mikeys mom.

I am not just confused about life. I am too cute for that. I prefer confuzzled.

The Monsters Squad was the more adult version of The Goonies. I like it, wish they made more like this today.
