I loved this movie
I saw this when I was 5 and loved it. I think if it were called something else with different character names then it would be a classic. It just sucks since they went way off the the beaten path when it comes to source material. Then again I could be wrong since I haven't watched it since. But I also loved the first robocop at that age so maybe I'm not.
