How does Skeletor/Evilyn Get to Earth?
When the only way was by opening a wormhole with the key that he man had on Earth?

I see, so why did he want the one that HeMan had and took to Earth?
My understanding was that Gwildor only made one, Skeletor wanted it, during that little fight at the start they opened the portal to Earth, dove through and took the key with them. Skeletor wanted it, but with only one key there was no way of chasing HeMan to Earth (or even knowing where he went, even Gwildor didn't know where they went)

He wants both of them so that he's the only one with such a key. You can see him grab the one he has. They knew where He-Man and the others went when the two teens reactivated the Cosmic-Key the two found. Once the find-out they then use Skeletor's key to get to Earth. Watch again and pay closer attention.
