Maybe Battle Cat, Panthor and Orko's could've been brought to life

All they had to do was use Stop-motion and Animatronic Props on Battle Cat and Panthor like the Terror Dogs from Ghostbusters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiZ7AYbAxDw

I think they were from a dungeon after the end of the film.

Maybe, but they didn't have a huge budget to work with, as reflected by the fact that most of the film is set on Earth, so they probably felt they just didn't have enough to afford really good looking Animatronic props and the like.

Well they could've done it for the sequel with a better budget, but that's just wishful thinking on my part.
