Is this a plothole?

First off I love this movie to bits. Just finished watching it. I plan to watch it again in a few months time.

OK when they are cycling through the store how does Emmy stay "alive" cycling aruond the store if a random person looked at her she would become a dummy again? How does that work?

I'm sure there were moments other people caught her moving, and she couldn't have been totally unseen by anyone..

So how would that have worked in regards to the spell she was under?

The store was closed. Nobody was there.

Nobody else 'caught' her moving - whenever anyone else saw her, she was simply a mannequin, like on the back of Jonathan's motorcycle, and when he was rolling around with her and the security guard caught them and called him 'one sick puppy'.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Yes but how does she pedal that pushbike? She can't appear frozen one moment and still moving in the same moment?

Nobody is looking at her when she's riding the bike. If someone did, she'd freeze. But nobody saw her apparently.

The scene where she was pedaling the bike in the window seemed to have gone against the rules.
