Janice Fisher, one of the screenplay authors, died March 10, 2011. Coincidentally, a year to the day after Corey Haim's death. And Jeffrey Boam, the second author, died in 2000 already. And for some reason I never bothered looking up the screenwriters' names. And what's even odder is that Fisher only wrote another two tv screenplays and Jeremias, the third author, never wrote anything else. You would expect them to be much more busy after such a hit. But only Boam was a prolific writer. Does anybody know what came of Fisher and Jeremias?

I'm glad that James Jeremias still appears to be alive, even if it seems that he's disappeared from view...

I heard Janice Fisher got screwed out of getting what she deserved to be paid for the script. Maybe she was blacklisted in Hollywood. She was the ex-girlfriend of Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund) as well.

Eight years later, still no trace of Jeremias. No interviews for dvd extras, no comicon appearances. Zilch.

that means that they only came up with a few idea, and their script is rewritten completely into something not resemble what they wrote. but they still get credits for take part. so not really her or jeremias script.

this film was write by jeffrey boam. he was one of most sought after screenplay author in hollywood at time. he write indiana jones last crusade and lethal weapons 2. he do many other script uncredit. he was great screenwriters. problem with hollywood today is you dont have script writer of this qualitys anymore, you just have just hacks with woketard agenda.
