Line of Duty I or II?
I'm confused. Is this Line of Duty II? Is Royal Warriors LOD I? But this movie was made earlier. Yes? This was titled LOD II after they both came out? Why? The films do not seem to be sequential in any way.

shareIn the UK we simply called this Police Assassins 2..
But in fact this and PA 1 ARE all part of the In the Line of Duty series.

The titles of these movies are such a source of confusion and hilarity. In the official North American In The Line of Duty blu ray boxset, the blu rays are titled:
In the Line of Duty
Yes Madam
In the Line of Duty III
In the Line of Duty IV
Yes Madam is officially "In the Line of Duty II," even though it was made a year before the first one? OK.
It's all just typical loosey-goosey HK movie marketing. There is no chronology per se, each movie is a standalone, they're not connected as sequels at all. They're just a bunch of movies made by roughly the same people, always involving a plucky female cop, though she's not always the main character.
