I'm pretty sure that my nine year old nephew can not only pronounce "Pythagorean" correct, but can also tell me it has absolutely sh!t all to do with this scene.
While it is a throwaway line, it's a funny scene and in Don/Cusack's defense, he was slightly high at the time and he did make a triangle. :)
