Just came back as a classic movie in theaters. I have a question.

Near the end when Frank was wearing the dad's skin and Julia was holding Kirsty while he was going to stab her. When she moves at the last second and he stabs Julia, he didn't seem too horrified that he stabbed her. The flashbacks made it look like he was madly (I won't necessarily say in love) with her, but he said something that he wasn't too broken up about it.

Do you think his ultimatum was just to get as much blood as he could to get his normal body back and he didn't care who's blood it was? I mean the start of the movie when Julia finds the tin of several different sex partners it seems he just got lucky when the dad's blood brought him back to "life" and back on the human plane of existence and would not have cared who he could have used in order to do that.

I never got the impression that he was in love with her. He used her as he had countless others no doubt and then used her again when he needed help with the blood.

So my answer to your question is yes, I think he just wanted as much blood as he could get. He wouldn't have killed her earlier on because he needed a lot of blood and was too weak (physically) to do it himself.

I thought so, thanks for the quick response. This was my first time seeing this one. Holy cow this was disturbing. I had a large popcorn that I was put off on eating after the first scene seeing Frank get pulled apart in hell. Great movie though.

You should check out HELLRAISER: HELLBOUND which is Part 2 and basically a continuation of the 1st movie?? It's even more gruesome. No CGI in this shit folks
