I can't speak for the versions released outside the US, but in the US, it's always the R rated version that's released on DVD and Blu Ray. I don't think there are any longer versions available anywhere in the world. I looked at the alternate versions page, and it looks like outside the US, there were a lot of versions released with varying degrees of censorship applied to them(most notably the first victim of Julia pleading for his life just before she finished him off with the hammer).

What about the picture at the top of this movie's IMDB page? It shows The dudes face ripped apart on the floor with the chains still in it. The only thing I got to see was him say Jesus wept and then a split second of the body being destroyed. (Still very gory).

I have the blu ray and it definitely didn't have that scene. Just a little disappointed because I really wanted to get the full viewing.

I remember the face pulled sort bit. I saw it in Australia though.

The face on the floor bit is from early in the movie, when Frank solves the box for the first time and is ripped apart, and it's in every version I've seen. Even the basic cable edit features it. Frank solves the box, chains fly out, then it cuts away and shows the other rooms in the house for a few seconds then back to the torture room, where the cenobites pace around the room, one of them begins sifting through Frank's remains, finds the pieces of his face, then puts them back together before Pinhead picks up the box and closes it, causing everything to vanish.

The only thing missing from the Jesus wept scene is the close-up shot of Larry/Frank's face coming apart before the wide shot of his body exploding. You might have seen it in the recap of Hellraiser at the start of the unrated version of Hellbound: Hellraiser II.
