I'm a sir, and I'm glad that comment made you feel good. For myself, my parents were 35 and 45 when they had me, and they looked great, so that gave me perspective. Also, I married someone 13 years older than me, so I believe there is nothing wrong with maturity. Also, with healthier foods, why can't we live longer?
Now, I met many nice girls in High School, but never anyone mean like Mary Lou. Actually, in the film, who I'd want to date? Probably Monica.
She was really beautiful, I thought. Especially when she re-appeared towards the end and got her crown. The closeup on her face with her blue eyes was very striking. I liked her hair. She was from 1957. Why should she have a modern (at the time) hair style?
