"Harry" has only been released on DVD in the UK. It is not yet available in the US. If you search for it at Amazon.com, you will be given an option to add your email address to a waiting list for this film on DVD. This will also count as a vote for this film to be released on DVD, as Amazon will be letting the studio know how many people are waiting for it.
As for "Howard", I got enough of it the first time around. Maybe they will release it in a "Worst of Jeffrey Jones Double Pack: Howard the Duck/Mom and Dad Save the World".
