SPECIAL EDITION DVD IMMINENT?

In September it will be the 20th anniversary of Hamburger Hill,I'm sure that John Irvin will release the special edition which includes deleted scenes,trailers and cast bio.I'm looking forward to it.Please let me know if you hear anything about it.

Yesterday, I was reading on www.digitalbits.com that a 20th Anniversary Special Edition dvd of "Hamburger Hill" will be released on May 20th, 2008.

The Hamburger Hill- Special Edition DVD is out now.It has a commentary track and other special features but the best part is the improved picture quality. The film has been remastered with a digital transfer from the original negative and it looks like a new movie.The sound has also been remastered with a 5.1 and you hear sounds that were not audible with the previous DVD.
