TRIVIA : At the top of the basement staircase is the painting from the movie "Troll" (1986) that hung in the apartment of Eunice St. Clair (June Lockhart) showing her as a princess and her ex-husband Torok in his then-human form with a troll in the background hidden in the bushes.

It might've had something to do with Phil Fondacaro performing in the film as Garbage Pail Kid Greasin' Greg, who also performed as Torok the Troll/Malcolm Mallory in "Troll" (1986).

Yah i noticed that and the reason is the the same guy who did the effects for the kids was the same guy who did the effects for troll so im not doubting that they had that in some storage space somewhere with that painting and just hung it up in the movie for filler like no one would notice. Also if you notice in troll there are 2 ghoulies in there from the original ghoulies i believe. so they did alot of recycling.
