is it worth tracking down?

A few years ago i was over at a friends and his sister gave her kids some trading cards, of the GBKs, and i wa slike WTF R THESE? He said they were some new comical joke on the cabbage patch kids, well his sister corrected him and said they were OLd from the 80s but r coming back, she bought them with candy at this mexican candy store.

Anyways i just realized there was a movie, is it worth tracking down on VHS oR DVD? I saw the cards and i must say, it interested me.

The Dvd comes out July 12th. I would suggest waiting till then and renting it. I like it, but don't expect a cinematic masterpiece(or you'll be dissapointed).

Here's a review if you don't mind spoilers. http://www.x-entertainment.com/articles/0765/

You shuould definetely rent it first. I myself love this movie, but only because I saw it as a child and loved it. Watching it now, I realize what a bad film it was but i still can't help but liking it. Don't expect great acting or a great plot but watch it becasue it is a fun movie.

Its still worth buying & adding to your collection. Its a childhood classic of mine.
Sure it may be "bad" to some, but its a hell out of alot better than the sh-tty kids movies out now.

I love this movie.

Yup, i certainly recommend it(even though i didnt see it as a kid, i watched it now, im 24), and see what you make of it. I myself liked it, because it is a very 80s movie. As for "trashy", some people's trash may be another person's treasure. But definately check it out, if you cant wait, try to download it on e-mule(its where i got my copy.)

Happy watching!:D
