The film may have its flaws, but the music is haunting and beautiful. Does anyone have any info on who wrote it? I can't seem to find the main theme anywhere. It's very dramatic and wistful.

Christopher Young wrote the score.

It reminded me strongly of Blondie's "Rapture"
