Freddy krueger Claw Easter Egg ??
about 1 hour in as ash goes down the basement freedy kruegers claw is seen hanging near the door ?? is this actually for real?
shareIt goes back to Wes Craven's 'The Hill's Have Eyes' which had a ripped Jaws poster in the trailer. Raimi saw this as Craven saying 'Jaws isn't scary this is real horror.' so in Evil Dead he had a ripped 'Hill's Have Eyes' poster in the basement. Then Craven put 'Evil Dead' on the TV in Nancy's bedroom in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street.' (Having her nodding off to sleep lol) then finally Raimi threw Freddy's gloves in EDII.
To my knowledge it stopped there even though Craven had ample opportunity to do more with Scream.
