This is a Dutch site, but they deliver to other countries and the price and shipping are low. I have heard that this DVD is of good quality and is the full 143-minute version, unlike the cheap crap region 1 editions that are cut by 25 minutes.

The site you mention states that the titles they sell are PAL Region 2 and that they only ship to European Countries. I live in the USA and am looking for the COMPLETE 143 minute version on dvd Region 1 or 0, NTSC (that I am lucky to have on a VHS tape from the original television broadcast).
Every dvd or laserdisc pressing I have ever encountered (several different) are all the 119 minute version. Some even have an incorrect (longer) running time on the jacket.
I had the original but it was erased by accident. I have been in touch with Thomas Blatt, he says he has the original, but I haven't received a copy from him yet. Maybe you could copy yours and make it available.
