Does anyone know why they haven't released "Ernest Rides Again" and "Ernest Goes To School" on DVD yet? Does anyone know if they're going to release them in the forseeable future?

"Ernest Rides Again" is on DVD. I bought a cheap copy from Extra Foods that was released by Lions Gate Entertainment two years ago almost. Like many other films, it may only be for sale in Canada, and there are no special features.

It's only listed on amazon as used, all the other Ernest movies are available new. I don't think its an official studio release since I've never heard about one anywhere.

Only Used? It's an official release from Lions Gate. A part of their cheap DVD line like TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE NEXT GENERATION, BEST OF THE BEST 2, and LEPRECHAUN 4: IN SPACE.

yes, i would very much like to get my hands on those two dvd's. then my collection would be complete! Ive got all the other ones from Wal-Mart in the $5 bin. Rides again is my favorite one too.
