So I'm cruising through the nomination section of this movie and there was one stating that Jim Varney was elected as worst new star. I guess they missed that scene where Ernest is getting bandaged up after taking a beating from Bronk and he starts breaking down in tears because if they had watched that scene, he wouldn't have been voted worst new star.

Yeah just ignorant douchey ***holes who missed the point and didn't care about that scene, whoever nominated him for that.

There was actually a lot of great, fearless, comedic acting on Varney's part throughout his entire career.

Okay the last couple Ernest films were a bit bunk, but.
