DEATHSTALKER II is coming back to DVD in a new anamorphic transfer on a new, 4-film set called THE SWORD AND SORCERY COLLECTION - it will also contain THE WARRIOR & THE SORCERESS, BARBARIAN QUEEN and DEATHSTALKER - http://bit.ly/nVo9vI

Don't throw away your old "New Concorde" DVD just yet. The new DVD contain a shorter, "director's preferred" version of Deathstalker II. Also, the audio commentary was recorded for the longer version, so it was edited to match the footage.

what changes are there in the director's preffered version?
anybody bought that release yet?
