Very good death wish movie

I honestly cant understand all the bad reviews here of this film. Of course the first 2 Death Wish movies were awesome. I just recently purchased Death Wish 3 & 4. After reading the reviews here i was expection the worst for this movie. Especialy after veiwing Death Wish 3 first, and the lousy reviews for that movie were dead on. Death Wish 3 sucked. # was more of a comedy. Im not sure if it was intentional, but Death Wish 3 seemd more like a campy spoof on the series. It was REALLY BAD!

But 4 is exc excellent. I mean its no citizen kane but neither was the original death wish. If you enjoyed the first 2 death wish movies, you will enjoy this one, its every bit as good as the first 2.

If you want a few laughs, I would definatly recommend death wish 3, it really is hilarious.

Man, YOU can't compare the Death Wish series to Citizen Kane. GET EDUCATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I beleive DW4 had the best villians, they were not street thugs like Charles Wilson and Manny Fraker, but ran drug empires in LA and played against each other, plus the twist with Nathan White.

Yes, exactly, in DW4 he is plotting and killing multiple drug rings in LA, not street thugs who are harmless in comparsion to the bad guys in DW 4.

I'll assume you didn't mean to say dw4 twice.

Death wish 4 is the only one where I actually feel sorry for the bad guys, mainly that drug dealer teenager who goes I don't force them to use the stuff. I'd say he's right, in the other movies it was about people getting what was coming to them, but in this one what's next? Is he going to go shoot all McDonald's employee's for giving people heart attacks with high cholesterol food? I still liked the movie, just I'd rather him stick to killing rapists and thugs than drug dealers, it's not the same.

Hmmm... you enjoy DW4 like a person that really gets it, but you sound just like everybody else when you recommend DW3 merely "for laughs". That's all I really hear about DW3 and I am getting very sick of it. But I digress.. I'm glad you at least liked Death Wish 4. That's a rarity in this country too.

I generally feel like DWIV upped their game in the thug department, but couldn't they have at least had one creep wielding a toilet plunger?
