Any other supernatural type movies like this and Mannequin?

well, you have that Patrick Swayze supernatural romance movie "Ghost".

Another one that comes to mind is more romantic sci-fi (and fun) about a love triangle between a girl, a guy and his desktop computer called "Electric Dreams" from 1984. A very feel good movie that leaves you with a smile on your face and humming to the awesome 80's soundtrack. A cult classic.. if you can find it. It's not out on DVD yet, but you can purchase the import UK version.

'Over Her Dead Body' (2008) may fit the bill. But in that one it's the angel who gets jealous.
