Send me an Angel?

This is really random, but is there a scene in this movie where a guy is hiding an angel in a tree house and the song "Send me an angel" is playing? I recently saw the video for that song, and it's nothing like that, though the Angel in this movie looks like the angel in my memory. I very well may have mixed things up, but if you know, please fill me in. Thanks!

Yes, there is a part where Jim takes the angel into the forest and they hide out in a treehouse. There's a montage of scenes, but the song played is "The Finer Things" by Steve Winwood, if I recall. I don't remember "Send Me An Angel" being in this movie, but I could be wrong.

I made this video last year and there are some treehouse bits somewhere between 3:00 and the end, so you can see if it sparks your memory.

I'm pretty sure it's the right movie, though I don't know why I got the song mixed up. Maybe it just seemed fitting. Thanks though.

Perhaps that is the song playing on (the jealous fiance) Patty's car radio (the knob breaks when she tries to trun the song off) as she is tracking down Jim and the Angel hiding in the tree house...?

That's an older song called "Angel Baby," by Rosie.

The actually song was played on Teen Wolf Too as the title character and his girlfriend have an intimate moment the song "Send me and Angel" by Real Life plays in the scenes as they are well you know.....

Just FYI... "Send me an Angel" is by the one-hit-wonder 80's band, Real Life - not by The Pet Shop Boys.

Okay, let me clear up this issue altogether...

Tracks on "DATE WITH AN ANGEL":
*The tree-house scene: "The Finer Things" by Steve Winwood.
*Patty's car radio: "Angel Baby" by Rosie and the Originals (oldies).

I know the song you are referring to, but it's not in this movie. It was a hit back in the late 80's, a few years after this movie was first released.
"Send Me an Angel" (by Real Life) is not played at any point in the movie. I have the movie on DVD, and I just watched it a few minutes ago, as a matter of fact. So it's fresh in my memory... lol

'tis a pity this movie doesn't have Annie Lennox's THERE MUST BE AN ANGEL PLAYING WITH MY HEART.

I think your memory is playing tricks on you and that you've confused this movie with a scene from Teen Wolf 2 where the hero and the heroine are studying together and then making out to the strains of Australian one-hit wonder Band Real Life's song 'Send Me An Angel'. Oh yeah, it was also used in a a scene from the movie 'Rad' when the two main characters are freestyling on their bikes. Oh, I think it was also used in the movie 'The Wizard' too!

Hope that's helped you out!

I remember they also used the "Send Me An Angel" song in the movie The Wizard as well.
