I thought this was it but i don't think it is. I saw another film that was made around trhe same time but actually ended with Steve Biko's death in the back of a ute while he was being "transported" to hospital. Can anyone help?

You sure it was about Biko? Which country was it from? The only thing I can find is The Biko Inquest which is described as a television adaptation of a play. With Albert Finney in 1985. Sorry if I'm no help.
