Just reading the wiki article about Steve which says he fathered a child with Dr. Ramphele, played by slender gorgeous Josette Simon in the movie. Their son was born in 1978 after Biko's death, so he was making flippy floppy with her in his final days. Nice.

I got that feeling immediately, just from watching the early scene and the way she avidly and passionately defended Biko in the newsroom with Mr Woods. It was obvious that they had something going on and the movie subtly hinted at it quite a few times throughout.

MLK (!yep!) etc etc ... and many more politicians idealists that are/were philandering men, sexually active with women other than their wives.
