It would have been an interesting plot twist for Frank to have to fight Jackson in the final match. They could have also had a subplot where Chong Li psychologically deals with getting humbled before making the finals.

The thing is, Jackson had no martial arts experience. He was obviously just relying on his sheer brute strength and size. I think he took Chong Li by surprise with his strength. But of course, he started showboating and then got his ass kicked. Like the previous poster said, it obviously had to be JCVD that takes Chong Li out but I think it would have been cool to see Jackson beat Li, then the last two fighters left be Dux and Jackson. That would've been a cool fight to see. But they were friends, so they can't fight each other, blah blah blah.
