Where did I see this movie?

When I was younger, I saw this movie on TV. It was probably in the mid to late 90's. At any rate, I could have sworn that I saw it on "USA Up All Night"; however, when I look the series up on Wikipedia, they don't have it listed as a movie that they had showed. I was almost positive it was on Up All Night, but I could be wrong. Does anyone know if it was or if perhaps it was on a different show or perhaps on Sci-fi?

It depends where you're located. Mid-90s was around the time various different stations had "late night" movie programming. USA Up All Night was just one of them. I think, I believe, it was TNT or something had MonsterVision. Various other stations(particularly local ones) sometimes used to run their own monster shows(Creature Features and such). All that pretty much disappeared by the start of the 2000s. Here's the Wikipedia page for MonsterVision:

I rented it from Blockbuster. This was like, 16 years or so ago
