Black guy at archeological dig? Jamie Foxx?

When the archeologist is explaining the Sumerian cult to the cops, there's a black guy that looks interested. I swear he looks very familiar. Is it Jamie Foxx? This would be about the same time as In Living Color, after all.

I saw the resemblance as well, but it isn't so. Foxx began acting several years later.
