Since Johnny and Harry were kinda one and the same at that point, she probably saw a hint that his fate would be bad, without any specifics as to what would actually happen to him.
I'm still trying to figure out what the bloody paper was under her heart. Harry felt it necessary to retrieve the paper upon discovery, but what could it have been? She mentioned that it would take her a couple of days to draw up his chart. But not only did she abort the chart business once Harry revealed himself to her, he murdered her during that same visit anyway.
