Budget 350,000? Doubt it....

how accurate is this estimation? considering the first one had a budget of 1 million? i doubt the 350,000 figure is accurate...

Ameican Ninja 2,3 and 4 was shot in South Africa with low budgets. The first one wasn't.

I had no idea part 2 was shot in south africa. How do you even find out info like that? I'd LOVE to learn more about this series.

2, 3, and 4 were shot in South Africa. I don't know about 5, but I like to pretend 5 doesn't exist.

I feel as you do, that number seems unreasonably low, but Cannon were known to be cheap and this movie feels cheaper than the first one. Maybe they knew the box office for this would never hit as high as the first, so they kept it super cheap.
