I've watched this movie a ton of times, it's an old favorite, but I still for the life of me don't understand why Brad freaks out when Sara finds the college book (brochure? Not clear on what it even is actually) in Chris's bag.
Any insight?
I think cause he has the crush on her an figured if she was going to college she'd be moving away an wouldnt be able to babysit them

That's probably it. I've thought of that but it seemed so over the top. And being born in the '80s, it was kind of a given that suburban kids would go to college so it's weird to me that it's even questioned. But it was different then.
