True Story?!?!
This was recently shown on the True Stories Channel, which shows films based on true stories, as the name implies. Any ideas why?

It might've been based extremely loosely on a similar story of perhaps apartment block tenants being evicted for some reason and ending up being able to keep their building or something, but I don't think anyone should have to ask whether or not the bit about little flying spaceships being plugged into Christmas lights and repairing things is true or not. I mean come on...

if "True Stories" is about almost "unbelievable" stories that people have told, then maybe some person did report it as true....people think they are abducted by aliens...
