i cant think of this one movie old movie like these big headed aliens came to earth on Halloween and some kid wore a duck suite all i remember and one of the aliens had sunglasses?i cant think of the little bugging me lol hopefully someone could help me come up with the name

I'm looking for a movie that I saw YEARS ago with my dad. Anyway there's this miniature spaceship that flies into this girl's palm at a park. I guess the aliens were trying to invade Earth. Anyway my dad seems to think it MIGHT have the word "Red" in the title.
If anyone could find this, I would love it!

Not to be confused with the Dario Argento movie of the same name, mind.
I remember watching a movie back when i was a kid where it had something to do with an off-ramp or an on-ramp and there was a scene were these little aliens ended up having their ship submerged in popcorn and they had to eat their way out i think its batteries not included but i am not sure.

I just recently watched Batteries Not Included again and while it is a good movie it was not the one I was thinking about so now i'm going to check out Spaced Invaders because it was my second choice
