I'd Love To Be A Tenant In That Small Apartment Building
Looks like a cozy place to live, not to mention nice tenants and a nice landlord to boot. The pressure from the huge sleazy corp to get the place demolished would be a headache though. I've always found something extremely pleasing about this film. I have watched it several times and can never get enough.
