Who Owned the Building?
Might have just ruined the movie for myself, lol, but who owned the building? None of the people who lived there owned it, the old couple just ran the cafe for decades, they didnt own the building. So who did? Lacey would have just had them all evicted, or if it belonged to the city, Lacey would have just bought it, if it belonged to anyone other than Lacey or the city, Lacey would have just bought it from them if they sold and if not it really wouldnt have mattered if people lived there anyway, lol
