They'd probably change Alamo Joe Rogan's name to avoid confusion with the well known podcaster/comedian.
Also, the 23 minute runtimes would probably be doubled.
CGI instead of practical effects, sadly.

They'd probably downplay the horror element. The fact that this show was without doubt the best werewolf horror show, on primetime TV, in 1987, is crazy.
