He appears only in a couple of episodes but I always found him funny.

I liked his character and the actor. I thought one of the better episodes was when he became human.

It's called "Deja Q". Season 3 episode 13. It's filled with humor and my favorite Q episode.

We have the entire "Next generation " series in DVD. We have started to watch it again. It still will take some time (season 1 right now), but I will keep it in mind.
