Rate Who Watches the Watchers - S3 E4
This is an episode about the Prime Directive, contaminating a culture, interfering with its normal progress and it has one really nice scene with Picard trying to convince a leader of the Mintakans (a Vulcan-like species) that he is no Overseer, no God. Honestly, I think the portrayal of the Mintakans was downright silly. The acting was bad and the wigs were even worse. 47/100
