What is the Mendelssohn piano piece that is heard in this episode?

If it's the composition I think you mean, it's actually by Mozart, and it's the Piano Sonata No 11 in A major, K. 331. There is a brass quintet version of "Sonata No. 11" on sheetmusicpress.com.
