original opening

does anyone know where i can see the original opening. its always just been saved by the bell when i saw it. and i know they're technically different shows, but does anyone else find it weird that mr. belding, zach, lisa, and screech all decided to up and move from indiana to cali at the same time, and end up at the same school no less?

Were ya'll aware that the PILOT for "Good Morning Miss Bliss!" wasn't only filmed and never aired, but that it also starred an almost different ensembled cast. The character of 'Miss Bliss' was originally written with 'Sandy Duncan' in mind, but following 'Duncan's' addition to the cast of "The Hoggan Family" the Execs at Disney (where the show aired originally ... later on NBC for syndication) opted instead for former child-star 'Haleey Mills.' Plus, the PILOT originally starred:'Jonathan Brandis'(SeaQuest DSV),'Jaleel White'(Urkle-from 'Family Matters'), & 'Brian Austin-Green'(Bev.Hills 90210).

1) This took place years before before Disney acquired ABC

2) This show was a colaboration between The Disney Channel and NBC President Brandon Tartikoff

The only time they aired the Good Morning, Miss Bliss original opening music theme was when it aired on the Disney channel. Also, the original pilot episode of Good Morning, Miss Bliss which aired on NBC also had a different kind of music theme. Both music themes of Good Morning, Miss Bliss are really different from the Saved By The Bell music theme. I also think Miss Bliss should of move to California with Zach, Screech, Lisa, and Mr. Belding.

i found this on a sbtb site if anyones interested.
it said This is the opening song and opening credits to the cast from Good Morning Miss Bliss. It was redone, so that the introduction could reflect the new name, "Saved By The Bell".

hopefully it will work cos it did on mine.

That is great!!! I wanna make a Saved By The Bell tv show! Zack and Screech are the only characters to be in all three sections of the show(8th grade, high school, college) :) Mr. Belding was in three sections also!

Gretchen(Lacey Chabert) from the Mean Girls movie is the hottest girl I've ever seen in my life!

reply

I believe that Lisa was in all three as well.

well, like Mr. Belding, Lisa guest starred in an episode of "The College Years."

reply

ive never actually seen an episode of good morning miss bliss. i dont remember if it even aired in the uk. it must have though cos saved by the bell and the college years both did. does anyone remember seeing it in the uk and if so do you remember what year it was?

reply

now it's Zack saying that "when I was younger" kind of thing. It didn't have Kelly, Slater or Jesse in them. It was Mr. Belding, Zack, Miss Bliss, Lisa, Screech, Milo, Mikey, Ms. Tina Paladrino and Nikki in them and they were in 8th grade then.

reply

it's just the SBTB version of the GMMB episodes - not the original theme song.

reply

i have no clue. i just posted it anyways lol

GMMB has never been shown in the UK. I'm from England but I saw them when I went to America for 6 months. Thats how I know they were never shown.

reply

False

I'm from England too and they did show GMMB it was on ITV mainly during the holiday period, mind you this was back in the early 90's.

Very true. The used to run it on ITV in the holidays AND it was shown around 6pm for a while when I was in year 9 (1996-97) on either ITV or C4. In about 1999 the UK Disney Channel aired it with the original opening/music, so England definitely had it. I don't recall ever seeing it as "The Junior High Years" over here though.
