It was Andras Jones. And his name was Deke. He was also in A Nightmare On Elm Street 4.

Nevermind I just found his birthday on his IMDB page. It says he would have been like 20 or 21 during the show. Screech was only like 12 so yeah, big difference there.
Yeah, obviously Zeke flunked several grades, huh?
