shareI always wondered about that. Lewis didn't leave a will because his deal was supposed to make him immortal. Micki's mother (his niece) and Ryan's dad (his nephew) were both still alive at the time. Shouldn't they have been the presumed heirs?
shareThe opening narration names Micki as his niece and Ryan as a cousin of Micki's. That would make Micki's mom or dad a sister or brother of Louis's. Ray Dallion (Ryan's father) and Louis were old neighbors I think. I don't remember them being blood related in the Pipe Dream episode.
shareRay Dallion referred to him as Uncle Lewis and Ryan said Micki's mother was Ray's cousin Catherine. Thinking about it now, he may not have said first cousin. I still wonder why the older generations would not have been named the heirs in probate court.
