Question for horror series fans- help me figure out episode

I remember watching this show as a kid, as well as other similar shows. I remember an episode of some show from the mid-80s and I can't for the life of me figure out what series it was.

All I remember is that there were 2 people trapped in a hospital? with two vampires- an older man and a young girl. I remember the older man dying when a window opens and sunlight comes in and the girl gets stabbed with something.

I know this isn't much to go on, but I was pretty young when I watched it. I've been trying to figure it out for years. Does anyone know what this could be? I'm probably guessing no- I might not have even remembered it correctly.
