number of different opening intros

How many different openings were made, I know of three, the common one, one with bubba, and one with bubba and Gizmo, and Fenton

I think that's it then.

Aaaah, the one with Fenton is the only one for me.

Yes, it's true! IMDB has reached Sweden!

Thats all 3 of them.

I still prefer the original. I was never to crazy about those weird new characters coming into the show at the expense of most of the supporting cast from season 1.

Wow... Well, since Fenton is my favorite character on this show, I can't agree with you there.

You should also take into consideration, that I only grew up with season 2. I was eighteen years old before I even understood, that season 1 actually existed. I had no idea, that there were 65 episodes made before Bubba was introduced, or that 80 episodes were made before Fenton was introduced. So I don't have the same feeling for season 1 as many other people do, since they have grown up with it. I haven't even watched most episodes from that season, and from the little I've seen of it, I prefer season 2 by miles.

From the little I've seen of season 1, it has a tendency to come off as more "childish" to me than season 2. I know I haven't seen enough of it to really talk about it, but that was the first impression, that I got from it. And since the nephews and Webby were important characters, and they were children, it was only expected. But if you compare them to the Fenton episodes from season 2, it's a totally different thing. These episodes are far more "adult". I don't mean "adult" as in they're inappropriate to watch for children, of course not, but Fenton is such a complex character, that a child can't begin to understand him.

And the old regulars were all still there in season 2. The only exceptions would be Doofus, who only got a quick cameo, and Webby, who also was very marginalized (she was only seen in five of the last twenty episodes, and she only spoke in three out of those). But as for Gyro Gearloose, Launchpad McQuack, Mrs Beakly, Duckworth the butler and the Beagles, they were all still important characters. Flintheart Glomgold also was the main villain of two Fenton episodes, and Magica DeSpell also got one last episode in the Fenton era.
