Fenton wanted to proove to Scrooge, that he could do a commercial, and he asked his girlfriend Gandra (who was painfully wrong for him, but that's another story) to star in them. As he was just trying to show, that he could do a commercial, he didn't really think about what he was supposed to sell. He just called the imaginary product "Pep", as the nephews had given him a pep talk earlier. But the commercials accidently ended up on TV, and... well, I stop there, in case someone hasn't seen the episode yet, and doesn't want me to spoil it.
