Are you stupid? It's not a reference to a movie. It's a reference to the character. Iron Man been around since the early 60's, 20 yrs. before Robocop. I guess his helmet is somewhat like Robocop, but his suit & gadgets are kinda bit like Iron Man.

Lmao, get a clue.

Iron Man has been around a lot longer than the first RDJ movie and the past frak knows how many cartoon shows an animated films he's appeared in.

Yes, he is. He was even called "Roboduck" (which also became his name in some languages) at first. They didn't even bother to remove the R-shaped insignia on his chest, when they changed his name.

Obviously, he's standing up inside the suit. That's at least what it looks like in the episode "The attack of the metal mites", when the suit gets eaten.

Who care, Gizmoduck was not a great idea to include in Ducktales.
